Order once placed can only be cancelled, if the same has not been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so by contacting our team on email@example.com. You will get a revert if the order is shipped or not. In case your order is shipped, you can place an Order Cancellation request by following our Return Policy.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are received defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order. You can do so within 15 days after you received the product. If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. In all cases the identification tag must still be attached to the product. We will fully examine the return product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any).
RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WHATEVER REASON
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 15 days of receipt, as long as:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way (you are allowed to try garments , unless we have indicated otherwise - but you cannot wear them)
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.
- The tag must be attached to the product
At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders.
An article can only be exchanged for the exact same article (in case of damaged product received) or for a different size of the same product, where in the value of the exchange product must be same as the product purchased. Each product is eligible for exchange only ONCE, within the given time frame of 15 days. REFUND FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS
For orders that have been pre-paid i.e. online payment/paid before the delivery of the product(s), refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Refund is also credited by way of Gift Card/Store Credit, as per the discretion of the customer. Refunds are processed within 10 working days once the product is received at our warehouse. In case the refund is not received within this time frame, write to us on email@example.com.
REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are credited to your bank account (via IMPS/NEFT) or to your UPI account, or via Gift card/Store credit. You will get the option to select the mode of payment at the time of placing the return request. You will also be providing the Bank account/UPI details in the form provided while placing the request. Refunds are processed within 10 working days once the product is received at our warehouse. In case the refund is not received within this time frame, write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
REFUND FOR ORDERS PLACED USING GIFT CARDS
In case orders are placed using Gift Cards as a mode of payment, refund for such orders will be credited via gift card only. Refunds are processed within 10 working days once the product is received at our warehouse. In case the refund is not received within this time frame, write to us on email@example.com.
Step by Step guide on how to return products on Status Quo
Step 1: Log in to Status Quo website and go to 'My Orders' > 'Orders Management' tab or click https://statusquo.in/apps/ezy/returns
Step 2: Enter your order ID starting with SQ-WSXXXX followed by your 10 digit mobile number/email ID. Click on the ‘Request Return' button to start the return process.
Step 3: Select the products you want to return along with the reason. You may also attach image/video proof
Step 4: Select one of the options you want to proceed with – ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’
Step 5: In case of Refund, kindly select the option of Bank account, UPI or gift card (store credit) and enter the relevant details. In case of an exchange, select the product you want in exchange.
Step 6: Click on the 'Next' button to complete the request form.
Note: Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process. You will be notified once your request is accepted/rejected. For a smooth return process keeps all the requisite items handy, including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.
Kindly note, requests are approved within 24 hours of receiving them and reverse pick up is generated within 24-48 hours from approval.
