Order once placed can only be cancelled, if the same has not been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so by contacting our team on email@example.com and you will get a revert if the order is shipped or not. In case your order is shipped, you can place an Order Cancellation request by following our Return Policy.
1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are received defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order. You can do so within 15 days after you received the product. If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. In all cases the identification tag must still be attached to the product. We will fully examine the return product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any). In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days after we received the product back. Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) will be issued by way of credit voucher to be redeemed for future purchases. For payments made directly at the time of purchase, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
2. RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WHATEVER REASON
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 15 days of receipt, as long as:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way (you are allowed to try garments , unless we have indicated otherwise - but you cannot wear them)
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.
In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days after we received the product back. Refunds for COD (Cash On Delivery) will be issued by way of credit voucher to be redeemed for during future purchases. For payments made directly at the time of purchase, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
3. RETURNING GIFTS
At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders.
An article or size of an article can only can be exchanged for other one with the same or higher value. The products you order can only be exchanged once. If you are not satisfied with your exchange product received, then you can only return it.
HOW TO PROCEED
Go to the web store and Log in.
In Your Order Management select Orders & Returns.
Enter your Email Address/Phone Number (used for the order) and the Order Number.
Select the Product and the Quantity you want to return/exchange
Mention the Reason for returning the item.
Choose the given options of Refund or Exchange . You can also add a note below and then press the Submit the button
Kindly stick the return label on the package, which was delivered with the order.
Step by Step guide on how to return products on Status Quo
Step 1: Log in to Status Quo website and go to 'My Orders' > 'Orders Management' tab or click statusquo.in/apps/return-request
Step 2: Add your Email ID or Phone number (10 digits) and your complete order number (starting with #SQ-WS followed by the 4 digits) to start the returns process.
Step 3: Click on the 'View order detail' button to start the return process.
Step 4: Select the products you want to return and click on 'Request Pickup.'
Step 5: Select from one of the three return options 'Refund', 'Exchange' or 'Store Credit'
Step 6: From the options, select the reason for returning the item. If you select 'Other', kindly specify the reason in the comments section below. You may also upload the image of your product in case your product was incorrect/damaged.
Step 7: Click on the 'Submit' button.
Step 8: Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process. You will be notified once your request is accepted/rejected.
Step 9: For a smooth return process keeps all the requisite items handy, including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.
