Tarvinder Arora  is the soul & initiator of the company.  What started as an idea of making casual clothing for men, today, Status Quo manufactures 3.5 million pieces every year. By single-handedly managing manufacturing and finances of the brand, Tarvinder has driven Status Quo to be the success story it is today.

Bobby Arora  is the creative mastermind of the Status Quo family. He plays a crucial role in the decision making of the company, ranging from designing to marketing & distribution. His keen interest in details and innovation has been a strong pillar in brand building
